Phil crushed it. I feel the dude is a cheat code. Going into buying a home is shrouded in enough stress to begin with and as soon as the process started with Phil that disappeared instantly. Not once in this whole process did he have to get back to us with info. Every question asked in any scenario were met with immediate backed up info provided with no stone unturned. My wife and I almost opted out of the viewing on the house we bought but he insisted we atleast check it out, once we did we fell in love with that place. Once locked in what a breeze.
